RTI ON POLICE needs to be filed when you as a husband are suffering from false matrimonial disputes & the police is not taking action on the facts & evidences submitted by you.

These days domestic violence against women is a hot topic not just in India but it's being discussed in the entire globe. Even in the times when LGBT is recognized these laws (biased laws) favoring a particular gender pose a threat of the national familial tie-ups.

People want to save Indian Families by fighting these biased laws but those people fight among themselves and want to be leaders by cashing on the sufferings of people instead of providing them a solution. But RTI on Police is NOT sufficient unless you know the techniques to loop in the higher authorities viz., FAA after the PIO provides you incorrect, incomplete, false, evasive, wrong reply. As normally, FAA in police will try to prove his PIO correct. Here you need to go till SAA & if your FA is NOT written in proper then your RTI ON POLICE is a waste. In this regard, I have seen the experience of Hon'ble Atur Chatur Sir as highly convincing as he even filed representation against CIC for Non-Compliance of its own rules which means Contempt of CIC by CIC. Only one man in India i.e., Atur Chatur knows how to handle the RTI from RTI thru FAA thru SAA thru Writ in HC.

It is worthwhile to note that, RTI Clauses need to be used innovatively which even skilled RTI Activists can NOT do like Hon'ble Atur Chatur Sir because he being from University Level teaching profession has expertise & command over the commerce & law subjects & he is an expert at drafting skills.
